After you have let the mountain air and tranquility wash over you in the warm water, our natural pool will captivate you: Surrounded by fragrant meadows and rustic wooden decking, you can relax on comfortable lounge chairs or refresh yourself in the clear, biologically treated water – all while accompanied by the spectacular Dolomites backdrop.

Whether it's sunrise in the hot tub or late afternoon swimming in the natural pool: here you experience relaxation in its finest form.

Awaken to the scent of freshly prepared farm specialties: homemade jams, compotes, syrups, mustard, and cakes, as well as fresh bread, yogurt, honey, and herbal teas from our own cultivation.

Twice a week, we open our farm kitchen for a regional menu, and daily we surprise you with tasting plates where our chutneys and spreads harmonize with cheese and cold cuts.

Our exclusive penthouse (100 m²) for 2–4 people can be accessed via a private entrance. Generous, light-filled spaces with floor-to-ceiling glass fronts and oak floorboards offer breathtaking views of the Dolomites. The open living-sleeping area with a king-size bed, the second bedroom, and the flexible lounge area (alternatively a French bed) are furnished with custom walnut furniture in the alpine art nouveau style. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area invite you to spend time together. On the private loggia, you can relax in the whirlpool, while the bathroom features a freestanding bathtub and a walk-in rain shower for wellness moments.

Position & arrival

Comfortable Journey from the Netherlands

By Car: From the Netherlands, the route takes you via Germany (passing Cologne, Frankfurt, and Munich) and Austria towards the Brenner Pass. The journey typically takes about 10–12 hours, depending on your departure point. Once you cross into Italy via the Brenner Motorway (A22), take the Bozen Nord (Bolzano North) exit. From there, drive up to the entrance of the Ritten (Renon) plateau. Follow the signs to Lengstein (Longostagno) and then continue to Hofgut Antlas.

By Train: Travel comfortably by train from stations like Amsterdam or Utrecht. You can take the ICE via Germany to Munich or use the ÖBB Nightjet (sleeper train) to Innsbruck. From Munich or Innsbruck, regular EuroCity trains take you directly to Bozen (Bolzano) Central Station through the scenic Brenner route. From Bozen station, the Ritten Cable Car takes you directly up to the plateau in about 12 minutes. From the top station, head towards Lengstein; it is then just a few minutes to the Hofgut.

Hofgut Antlas is situated on the sunny high plateau of Ritten, just under 10 km north of Bozen. Surrounded by sweeping meadows and orchards, you will enjoy absolute tranquility and unspoiled panoramic views of the Eisack Valley and the Dolomites.

The nearest shops and traditional inns can be found in the picturesque village of Klobenstein (Collalbo) (3 km away), and the cable cars to the Rittner Horn hiking area are only 5 minutes away.

Cancellations within 2 months of arrival: We charge 100% of the accommodation price.
Exceptions: No charges apply if we are able to fully re-let the room or apartment for the booked period.
Deposit (Angeld): The deposit paid will be retained. However, if we succeed in re-letting the accommodation, the amount will be credited toward a future stay.
